A recipe for an appetising dish : “Anchovy
Paste”, with the addition of our extra virgin olive oil,
slightly heated in a double-boiler, to season fresh
vegetables. Green or black tapenade is a paste of finely
crushed olives, with or without flavoured, which leaves
a pleasant texture in the mouth. Spread on toast, it
is ideal as a starter or a snack to complete your
aperitifs.
