Origin Label 100% Arbequines olives, made from the
first cold pressing. This extra virgin olive oil
is canned at the production site in
Catalogne.

Gustatory qualities :
mild, made from fresh and ripe olives,
delicately fruity, its taste has a hint of almonds
and other ripe fruit. It leaves a fine after-taste
in the mouth. Its oil acidity is below 0.2%. It
can be used for cooking or for
seasoning.
Features: handpicked, pressed within 24
hours of being harvested, stored in airconditioned
premises to ensure that the product and its colour
do not change. Traceability through a numbered
label and analysis supplied on
request.
