Since January 2003, Provence Saveurs has decided
to enter into a Quality Approach. Consequently, several subjects
have been developed.
- Traceability
Traceability allows to control the quality of the products as
from the origin of the raw materials used but also to identify a
product (or a lot ) when not correct and to remove it as soon as
possible with a maximum security level.

- HACCP Approach
This approach relates to the security about food. Provence
Saveurs has decided to spread this security to others components of
the food such as organoleptics components ; this method allows to
anticipate problems of hygiene and security before they occur. As a
proof it gives more credibility and confidence to our domestic and
international partners.
- Single document
As an employee, Provence saveurs must take all necessary
steps in the prevention of risks for the security and the protection
of the emplyee’s health. For this reason, a full list of
professional risks within the factory has been set in order to
control and minimize them.
